Delic Holdings Corp (CSE:DELC) Co-founder Matt Stang tells Proactive the California-based psychedelic wellness corporation is looking to acquire revenue-positive companies in the psychedelic space, with a focus on ketamine.

Stang says the group will look to build out a framework of clinics that can dispense ketamine, as well as an entry-point to offer patients other novel compounds as the FDA grants permission for their use.
