Primary Health Properties mark '25th successive year of dividend growth'

Primary Health Properties PLC's (LON:PHP) CEO Harry Hyman and CFO Richard Howell explain to our Proactive audience how they continue to support the NHS in the UK, HSE in Ireland and their GP occupiers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hyman says they are 'delighted to play their part in the NHS and HSE in the fight against this terrible Covid disease'.

Many of the company's primary care facilities and occupiers are now in the front-line of delivering Covid-19 vaccines and they have therefore continued to see a demand for extra space to help enable the redirection of activities out of hospitals.

As a consequence of this demand, the group reported a 22.4%jump in earnings over the year, while the value of its portfolio crept up 2% to around £2.58bn.
